Courtney Carper has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. She has experience in all segments of the industry including retail, office, industrial, residential and multi-family.

Courtney has extensive experience in the management of regional and national accounts for retail and medical clients looking to grow their presence in existing markets as well as build complete market strategies to expand their presence into new territories. She is responsible for overseeing real estate sales, leasing, project formation and ground acquisition. Courtney works with both tenants and owners to provide optimal real estate solutions and maximize success.

Courtney is also experienced in real estate development. She has worked on many projects in the Central Ohio area, including a power center in Plain City, Ohio, a retail center in Circleville, Ohio and multifamily project in Marion, Ohio.
