Courtney Carper is the founder and lead advisor behind our firm’s vision. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has helped guide national and regional brands through market expansion, leasing strategies, and site development. Her deep knowledge of retail, medical, office, and multifamily spaces sets the foundation for our client-first approach.

Courtney holds a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University and has led successful projects throughout Central Ohio and beyond. Her work is driven by a passion for helping businesses grow — one location at a time.
